Bamboo is the richest natural source of silica on earth (it is made up of 70% silica!), an essential mineral that promotes healthy skin and hair. A true powerhouse for rejuvenation and cell growth, it is also known to reduce inflammation and smooth the appearance of wrinkles.

Use: Add a few drops to a neutral face cream or body lotion (see below for ideas on how to use).

Because Bamboo Extract is alkalinizing, it is best not to use it in combination with acidic ingredients such as AHA Fruit Acid. You can use Bamboo Extract in the AM and AHA Fruit Acid in the PM.

Caution: For external use only. Never use directly on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Always do a patch test* in the inside of the forearm to check for skin irritation and sensitivity before using any of our products.
If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, we recommend consulting with your health care practitioner before using.
* Patch test: Dilute 1 drop of product in a teaspoon amount of neutral base cream or gel and place a pea size amount of the diluted mixture to your inner forearm. Place a bandage over it and wait for 24 hours. If there is a reaction within that time frame, discontinue use.
